diperlukan untuk melanjutkan pelajaran ke Pondok Universiti Islam Medinah ..
Permohonan Secara 'Online' di [ iu.edu.sa ] ..
الوثائق
المطلوبة هي :
• الشهادة الدراسية الثانوية .
• كشف الدرجات للمرحلة الثانوية .
• شهادة حسن السيرة والسلوك .
• شهادة الميلاد .
• جواز السفر .
• البطاقة الشخصية .
• صورة شخصية واضحة حديثة وملونة مقاس ( ٦x٤ )
• يجب أن تكون الصورة بدون نظارة وبخلفية بيضاء وبدون غطاء الرأس .
• تقرير طبي حديث بسلامة الأعضاء والحواس والخلو من الأمراض السارية (المعدية) صادر من مركز طبي معتمد .
• تعريف بالطالب من إحدى المؤسسات الإسلامية في البلد الذي يقيم فيه الطالب أو من شخصيتين إسلاميتين يتضمن بيان حال الطالب وأنه من المحافظين على أداء الفرائض ومن المتمسكين بالآداب الإسلامية .
• شهادة الدخول في الإسلام (لمن لم يكن مسلما منذ الولادة ).
- يجب إرفاق ترجمة باللغة العربية لكل وثيقة مكتوبة بغير العربية مصدقاً عليها من مكتب للترجمة معتمد .
- في حال قبول الطالب يجب أن يحضر أصول الوثائق مصدقة من السفارة السعودية ، وفي حال عدم وجود سفارة سعودية في بلد الطالب يصدق وثائقه من أي جهة موثوقة لدى الجامعة .
- في حال وجود أخطاء في بياناتك الأساسية في وثائقك الأصلية (مثل : الاسم وتاريخ الميلاد ومكان الميلاد) فعليك تعديل تلك الأخطاء من الجهات المختصة في بلدك قبل إرسال الطلب، وذلك أن أنظمة الجامعة تمنع التعديل على البيانات الأساسية بعد قبول الطالب .

Dokumen-dokumen yang perlu disediakan :
1- Terjemahan SURAT BERANAK ke dalam BAHASA ARAB di ITNMB.
2- Terjemahan Sijil S.P.M. ke dalam BAHASA ARAB di ITNMB.
3- Surat Husnus Siroh was Suluk daripada pihak sekolah iaitu surat yang membuktikan kelakuan baik dalam BAHASA ARAB.
4- Medical Check up (Terus ke klinik dan lakukan pemeriksaan ringkas) .. Borang dalam bahasa Inggeris.
5- 6 keping gambar 4 X 6.
6- Surat Sokongan atau TAZKIAH sekurang-kurangnya 2 surat daripada lepasan Universiti di Arab Saudi yang dikenali oleh pihak Universiti Islam Madinah.
7- Surat Pelepasan ataupun kebenaran daripada Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi ataupun dipanggil CLEARANCE LETTER.
8- Surat Sokongan daripada mana-mana institusi Islam seperti majlis agama islam, yayasan islam, jabatan mufti dan sebagainya.
9- Sertakan sebanyak yang boleh sijil-sijil berkaitan yang ada dalam bahasa Arab seperti S.T.A.M. atau sijil kolej dan sebagainya.
10- Salinan PASSPORT MALAYSIA yang sah laku.
Required Documents:

- High School/GCSE/A-level Certificate.
- High
School/GCSE/A-level Transcript.
- Testimony of Conduct.
- Birth Certificate.
- Passport.
- Identity Card (where applicable).
- A Color passport-sized (6x4) Photograph, which must be taken without glasses, against a white background, without covering the head.
- A medical letter or report, indicating the health of the applicant’s body, his sight and hearing, and lack of infectious diseases. It must be issued by a reliable medical centre.
- A letter of introduction/recommendation from an Islamic foundation in the applicant’s country of residence, or from two eminent Muslim individuals, testifying with regard to the applicant, his religious devotion and Islamic morals.
- Certificate of accepting Islam, for those who are not Muslim by birth (if available).
Notices :
- The applicant must scan his original documents, along with their translations, using a scanner, in order to display the documents in their original colors.
- The applicant must attach the Arabic translation of any document written in other than the Arabic language, preferably attested by a reliable organization.
- In case of an applicant being granted admission, the accepted student must bring his original documents, attested by the Saudi Embassy. If there is no Saudi Embassy in his country, he should have his documents attested by an authority recognized by the university.
- In the case of errors in the basic information found on the applicant’s original documents (such as name, date of birth, place of birth, etc.), the applicant must correct such mistakes with the responsible authorities before sending his application, since the University Council forbids the correction of this fundamental information after admission.
